Membership

The choir numbers some twenty to thirty voices, with each of the four voice sections - soprano, alto, tenor, bass - represented on the committee.

The current full membership of the choir comprises 15 sopranos, 6 altos, 7 tenors, 6 basses, together with our director of music and our accompanist. 

Membership is open to all singers, subject to the requirements of maintaining the choir's balance of voices and an audition with the director of music.

Although formed primarily to serve the Roman Catholic Diocese of Aberdeen, the choir is proud to be interdemoninational in composition and celebrates a faith which unites the universal fraternity of all men and women. It welcomes new members from a range of Christian churches.
